Sabel is a dining event that uncentres the table and invites you to explore sculptural food forms nestled among artworks by Sophie Bullen, Hannah Barclay, and Gracie Edwards.
Together in collaboration, the gallery will become a site of shared experimentation—a playful, embodied, and collective food experience. This is not a typical seated meal—It is an unfolding encounter of movement, mess and play.
