A collaboration with Ngoc Tran, chef and founder of Shop Bao Ngoc, on a community dinner for 40 people. This event was an extension of a panel discussion we curated for MPavilion 2022, centered around the importance of food sharing as a form of collective healing and questioning, why cheap food is a prerequisite for ‘authentic’ Asian restaurants?
