Sun-dried Pavillion was designed as a visual showcase of preservation, holding the flavours of the passing Naarm summer.
60kg of roma and heirloom tomatoes travelled from Wadawurrung (Geelong) to the Gariweld (Grampians) site to be dried upon a recycled macrocarpa frame, inspired by Hoshigaki producers in Japan.
